Lost the Plot Online Inc. (“LTPO”) respects the privacy of its visitors to the zimmer twins web site and is committed to addressing any concerns you may have about your privacy. We have created this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to establish guidelines that will govern our collection, use, protection and disclosure of the personal and non-personal information you supply to us or are asked to supply to us.

LTPO collects the following information from the web site:

  1. the name and specific contact information of the person submitting animated work and that person’s parent or guardian where relevant;

(1) Identifying Personal Information

LTPO needs to collect identifying personal information in order to set up accounts and process transactions. This information includes but is not limited to your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. If you are a minor, this information is to be provided by your parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Your personal identifying information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you send us an e-mail inquiry, we will use the e-mail address you give to us only to respond to you, and for no other reason.

(2) Anonymous Personal Information

We use this anonymous, non-personal information to track the success of our site and to better tailor the site to visitors’ needs and interests. LTPO may use cookies on its web site. “Cookies” are pieces of information that a web site transfers to a visitor’s hard drive for record-keeping and identification purposes. We protect your personal information from disclosure or use with all of the technological, physical and administrative safeguards at our disposal. Access to personal information we collect is limited to authorized individuals and stored on our databases, which are protected by firewalls and which are password-secured. LTPO retains the personal information only for as long as is required for the purposes identified above, or as otherwise required by law. Once personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes set out above, we deleted that information from our databases and/or systems.

Linked Websites

Our web site may be linked to other web sites. These linked web sites are not under the control of LTPO and are required to have their own privacy policies. Visitors should ensure that they read and understand how their personal information may be collected, used and disclosed by the linked web sites, as LTPO is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any procedures, policies or activities of any web sites linked to our site.

By visiting and using our web site, and by submitting animated work to our site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) linked to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use this web site or provide personal information to us. If you wish to amend, update or remove personal information already provided, please contact our Privacy Officer, whose information is set out below.

Accountability

From time to time, LTPO may amend or update this Privacy Policy to comply with visitor concerns, best practices and/or the law. LTPO has appointed a member of its management team to act as LTPO’s Privacy Officer: Jason Krogh.
